We’re thrilled you and all Lev Baby fans love our adorable goodies just as much as we do! Lev Baby is based on Limited Edition prints with new and updated prints all of the time. Because bamboo is the best & you, Mama, deserve the best! Naturally, bamboo is hypoallergenic, which is great for eczema or brand new baby skin. Bamboo is incredibly soft and we mix it with 5% spandex to get the fit that you love. It wicks away moisture to keep the baby dry and the best part? Bamboo is temperature regulating. It’s breathable and regulates the baby’s temperature, meaning it keeps the baby cooler in warm temperatures and warmer in cold temperatures. And, bamboo is the most eco-friendly fabric on the planet.
Orders
Once you’ve placed an order, we aren’t able to change or cancel it. If you changed your mind, we do offer 30-day returns. Get the full details here.
If you made a mistake entering the shipping address, contact us at help@levbaby.com. We can’t guarantee address changes, because most orders are processed and shipped same or next day, but if we can change it, we will!
Get excited! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey from our stockroom to your front door. Don't forget, once it is given to USPS, it is out of our control.
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered during check out. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam and junk folders (and be sure to add hello@levbaby.comto your safe senders list). If you still haven’t received it, then contact us at support@levbaby.com. We’ll be happy to help!
Congrats! During checkout, there will be an option for you to enter your coupon code. Plug it in, then sit back and bask in the savings.
We get it – we love deals, too! Since prices change based on seasonal availability, promotions and supply in stock, we’re not able to adjust prices, or offer a refund or credit for the price difference, if an item’s price changes after you’ve purchased it.

Shipping
We do! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. There’s a flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $50. For Canadian international orders, we offer $25 flat rate on all orders.

Yes! We help make your babes cuter, no matter what part of the world you call home. We offer flat rate of $25 on all Canadian International orders. Be sure to check with your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes for items shipped from the United States. You’re responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider.

We ship via USPS or UPS for all orders.
We know how exciting it is to get a package, so we aim for super speedy processing. Most orders are processed and shipped same or next day, Monday through Friday, so you (or the lucky recipient) can get your package of adorableness quickly. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process. Once it is given to USPS, it is out of our control.
Please keep in mind, all sale merchandise may take longer to ship. Please allow for 10 business days to process sale orders.

There’s no signature required for orders under $350. Orders of $350 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Returns
These hot products are almost gone for good, so grab them while you can. Sale items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. If you have questions about a final sale item – or any item in our store – please email us at help@levbaby.com. We’ll be happy to help!
Sometimes, the second time’s the charm! We’re happy to return all unworn, unwashed items, with original packaging and tags, when they’re returned to us within 30 days. If you would like to request an return, please email us at help@levbaby.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return shipment.

Nope! We just need the order number and the name associated with the order. If you’re exchanging a gift, please include a note in the package that indicates it is a gift. That ensures the buyer won’t be contacted.
It’s the thought that counts, right? If you want to exchange a gift, we’ve made it easy and confidential. Exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. All clearance/discounted products, loveys and underwear are final sale.
If you know the order number:
- Send the return shipment to us with a note inside the box that includes your name (not the buyer’s name),email address, the order number and a note that indicates you’re exchanging a gift. That ensures the buyer won’t be contacted. Otherwise, the return credit will be applied to the buyer, and they’ll be notified of the credit. If you don’t know the order number: Please contact us with the buyer’s name and item(s) you want to exchange. We won’t contact the buyer – that information will help us find the order, so you can include the order number in your return shipment.

Gifts
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.
Yes! During checkout, there will be an option to mark ‘This order is a gift’ and include a special note with the lucky recipient’s box of cuteness. Gift orders will not include the receipt!
