DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You’re in luck! We offer free standard shipping within the USA on all orders above $50. A flat fee of $5.95 at checkout applies on orders under $50.
During large sale events, shipping minimum is $100 and will be noted on top of the website.
Our domestic orders ship via USPS. You should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days after it is processed with standard shipping and 2-3 business days with priority shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, although standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process. We ship Monday through Friday.
Occasionally, life gets in the way and there can be carrier delays. Those are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible if your order isn’t delivered in the shipping time frame.
If your order isn’t delivered after 10 business days (plus processing time), please contact help@levbaby.com. We’ll make sure you get your goodies!
HOLIDAY: Please note, during the holiday season there are occasionally carrier delays, which are out of our control.
SALES: Please allow up to 10 business days to process all orders.
CANADA
When it comes to Canadian orders, we’re pleased to offer a flat rate of $25 on all orders.
Our Canadian orders ship with standard shipping via USPS. You should receive your Lev Baby goodies within 10-15 business days. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing time.
Shipping time varies slightly. Occasionally there can be carrier delays. Those are beyond our control and we won’t be held responsible if your order isn’t delivered in the shipping time frame.
If your order isn’t delivered after 15 business days, please contact help@levbaby.com and we’ll be happy to look into it.
You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider. Please contact your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes for items being shipped from the United States.

It’s your responsibility to make sure you entered the shipping address correctly. If you enter the wrong address, we are not responsible for packages that are sent to that address.

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, sometimes you change your mind, or your babe goes through an overnight growth spurt before your package arrives! We’re happy to issue a refund for all unworn, unwashed items, with original packaging and tags, when they’re returned to us within 30 days. A $5.95 return fee will be deducted from the total. If you choose a store credit, the return fee will be waived. Please note, any discounted items over 25%, are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. Lev Baby is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Lev Baby does not refund original shipping fees.
